Ordering and Age Checks
First, the basics. Every order needs a verified adult buyer, so checkout handles that step for you.
How old do I need to be to order?
You must be 21 or older, so we verify ID at checkout in every state.
Why do you need to verify my ID?
Because several states require online age checks, we run the same check everywhere. That also keeps the rules simple.
What payment methods do you accept?
Accepted methods show at checkout. However, card networks limit kratom sales, so options can change.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within one hour of ordering. However, once we pack an order, we can’t change it.
Do you offer samplers?
Yes. Our samplers and bundles also let you try several brands before you buy a full size.
Shipping Questions in Our Kratom FAQ
Shipping depends on where you live, because state laws differ. Meanwhile, our checkout updates whenever a state changes its rules.
Which states do you ship to?
We ship wherever your state allows the products in your cart. Also, our shipping page lists every blocked area.
How fast do orders ship?
Weekday orders placed by 2pm ET usually ship the same day. Then delivery takes two to five business days.
Is shipping discreet?
Yes. We use a plain box with a neutral return name, so nothing outside mentions kratom.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We ship only within the United States, because rules abroad vary too much.
What happens if a law changes after I order?
If a new law blocks your order before it ships, we cancel it and refund you in full.
Lab Results, Labels and 7-OH

What is a COA?
A certificate of analysis is a lab report for one batch. It shows alkaloid content and also tests for contaminants.
How do I find the COA for my product?
Find the lot number on your package, then search it on our lab results page.
What do the tests cover?

Do you sell 7-OH products?
Yes, where state law allows. However, we pull them immediately if a federal order schedules 7-OH. See our 7-OH tracker.
Returns and Refunds
Consumables have stricter return rules than most goods. Still, we fix every mistake that’s ours.
Can I return an opened product?
No. Because of safety rules, we accept only sealed, unused products within 30 days.
My order arrived damaged. What now?
Email a photo within seven days of delivery. Then we’ll replace the item or refund you.
How long do refunds take?
We refund within two business days of approval. However, your bank may take five to ten days to post it.
