Age Verification Policy

You must be 21 or older to buy from Kratom Folk, in every state.

Why 21+ Everywhere

Many states set 21 as the minimum. Others set 18. We apply 21 everywhere, so the rule stays clear for everyone.

How the Check Works

  1. At checkout, age checker checks your name, address and date of birth against public records.
  2. Most checks pass in seconds.
  3. If the record check can’t confirm you, you’ll be asked to upload a photo ID.
  4. Your order ships only after you pass.

The age gate when you first visit is a reminder. It isn’t the check itself.

Your Data

  • We receive a pass or fail result, not a copy of your ID.
  • The provider keeps verification data for 30 days under its own privacy policy.
  • We never sell this data. See our privacy policy.

If a Check Fails

We cancel the order and refund you in full. If you think it’s an error, email support@kratomfolk.com.

Delivery

Orders must ship to the verified buyer. We may cancel orders that look like purchases for someone under 21.
