These terms apply to kratomfolk.com and all purchases from Kratom Folk (“Kratom Folk”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or ordering, you agree to them.
1. Eligibility
- You must be 21 or older and pass our age verification.
- You must live in, and ship to, a place where the products are legal.
- You must buy for your own lawful use, not for resale, unless you hold a wholesale agreement with us.
2. Products
Our products are not approved by the FDA. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
We don’t give medical, dosing or legal advice. Product descriptions repeat label facts supplied by the brands.
Product images and colors may vary slightly from the item you receive.
3. Your Responsibility for Local Law
We block areas we know restrict our products. However, laws change quickly, and you must check the rules where you live.
4. Orders and Pricing
- An order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we ship it.
- We may refuse or cancel any order, including for legal, stock or pricing errors. We refund in full when we do.
- Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added where required.
- We may limit quantities per order or per customer.
5. Shipping and Risk of Loss
We ship within the US only. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. See our shipping policy.
6. Returns
Returns follow our returns and refunds policy.
7. Reviews and Content You Send
Reviews must be honest and about your own purchase. They can’t include medical claims. We may remove reviews that break these rules.
You give us a license to display content you submit on our site and channels.
8. Intellectual Property
Site text, design and our logo belong to Kratom Folk. Brand names and product images belong to their owners.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The site and products are provided “as is”, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don’t promise any particular result from any product.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the order involved.
We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Indemnity
You agree to cover our losses from your breach of these terms, or from your misuse of any product.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of California. Please contact us first, because most problems are solved by email.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order applies to that order.
