Our kratom shipping is fast and discreet, but some states and towns don’t allow every product.
Kratom Folk ships within the US only. Here’s how it works and where we can’t send.

- Orders placed by 2pm ET on business days usually ship the same day.
- You’ll then get a tracking link by email once the label prints.
- We don’t ship outside the United States, or to US territories.
Discreet Packaging
Every order ships in a plain box. The return label shows Devon Colella, and nothing outside mentions kratom.
Age Verification
All buyers must be 21+. We verify ID at checkout before an order ships. See our age verification policy.

States We Can’t Ship Any Kratom To
Alabama, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Vermont, Wisconsin.
Kentucky is on this list from 1 Jan 2027. Until then, we ship there to buyers 21+, except 7-OH products.
States Where We Ship Leaf Only
Utah, West Virginia allow natural leaf, but not concentrated extracts. So we ship powder and capsules only.
States Where We Don’t Ship 7-OH
These states ban or cap 7-OH. Therefore, checkout removes 7-OH products for these addresses:
Arizona, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland, Mississippi, Nebraska, Ohio, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wyoming.
County and City Bans
Local bans apply even where the state allows kratom. We cancel and refund orders to these areas:
- California: statewide block, including San Diego, Oceanside and Los Angeles County.
- Colorado: Denver.
- Florida: Sarasota County.
- Illinois: Alton, Jerseyville and Edwardsville.
- Mississippi: more than 30 counties and cities, checked by ZIP code.
- Missouri: Kansas City (7-OH products only).
- New Mexico: Albuquerque.

If a Law Changes After You Order
Sometimes a ban starts after checkout but before dispatch. Then we cancel the blocked items and refund you.
Kratom Shipping Problems
- Lost package: if tracking stalls for seven days, email us and we’ll open a claim.
- Damaged items: send a photo within seven days of delivery. We’ll replace or refund.
- Wrong address: email within one hour of ordering, before we pack it.
